2013-12-21 17.18.06Shibuya Hikarie is a new landmark of complex of business, shopping, and art & other culture in Shibuya, which aims to serve as a “platform to create and distribute new values as an icon of ever-changing town, Shibuya.” (Shibuya Hikarie website)  The glass-walled high-raise building will probably be a good source of new Shibuya culture located in front of the Shibuya terminal station where its forerunner “Tokyu Bunka Kaikan” that was also a source of leading culture used to be.  Its easy access to the below train and subway lines also support Shibuya Hikarie to provide the new Shibuya values.
