This restaurant is famous not only because former US president Bush and fomer prime minister Koizumi had dinner together there, but because Quentin Tarantino wanted to shoot the movie, Kill Bill there.
Because they denied it, he made a movie set consulting this restaurant.

They provide Yakitori, Soba, Tempura and other kinds of authentic Japanese dishes.

If you go there at lunch time, it’s more reasonable price as they have some set menu.

Having a good meal in wonderful decor is what you should do in Tokyo.

    We had Gonpachi in LA that looks exactly like the photo! I didn’t know they have the original restaurant in Tokyo. I should check it out next time!

    I like kill bill the movie! Didn’t know the existence of this restaurant in Tokyo. When I go to tokyo next time I’m sure I will go there.
