Ginza Ibuki serves you delicious Japanese food.

Along the alley of Ginza, there is one Japanese restaurant called “Ginza Ibuki”. It takes about 3 minutes from Shintomicho station, 5 minutes from Higashi-Ginza station, and other stations are also available, which is easily accessible by train.

After going down the stairs of the building with a lampstand at the entrance, there are counter seats and 2 private rooms in the quiet space. Although there is a luxurious atmosphere of a high class Japanese restaurant, the fine dishes are provided by the kind and considerate staffs, so you can have a relaxed meal without getting tensed up. There is an open kitchen in front of the counter seats, and you can see them cooking and enjoy the conversation with them.

At “Ginza Ibuki”, they serve you delicious Japanese food using the highly selected ingredients from all over Japan, including many fish and vegetables of the best season. There are several one-dish menus and course menus for both lunch and dinner time.

One of the recommendation is “Katsuo no Warayaki” which is the Bonito Tataki (sashimi of bonito with the surface broiled) using straw when broiling. You can taste the flavor of red flesh and fat of the bonito condensed to each slice with a little aroma of straw, and eat with garlic slices and salt. Since this is a specialty of this restaurant, it is always included in the course menu. Assorted boiled vegetables, grilled fish in season, fried Goma-dofu…every dish is of light taste and you can enjoy its sophisticated taste and texture.

Many people visit at lunch time alone to have a luxurious lunch of Japanese cuisine, so if you want to visit “Ginza Ibuki” for the first time, it may be a good idea to try to visit at lunch time. Have a wonderful experience of the fine meal at “Ginza Ibuki”!!
