Fuji Soba is one of the casual fast food chains which provides Japanese Soba (buckwheat noodles).
They are operating about 100 restaurants mainly located close to the stations in Tokyo and environs. All of the branches are easily accessible from their nearest station with the large signboard outside of the shop. Each restaurant is basically quite small and has no frill inside, but some newly opened branches are decorated with very Japanese interiors and has retro atmosphere with Enka music (Japan’s traditional style of popular song).
